All project quotations provided via our "Get a Quote" system are valid for 15 days due to market fluctuations in material costs in Pakistan. Final pricing is subject to a formal site visit and signed contract.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements and site access. Delays caused by lack of documentation or local permit issues are not the liability of Shafay Builders.
All architectural designs, 3D renders, and project management plans produced by Shafay Builders remain our intellectual property until full payment is settled, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
